Learn to Sail – Weekend Format 7/23-24 & 7/30-31 – Course Full

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Sunday and Saturday, repeating until July 31, 2022
Even if you’ve never sailed before, we guarantee this course will get you to the point where you can sail IC-24s (or similar boats) safely and confidently or we’ll continue your lessons at no extra charge. You will learn all the fundamental skills: rigging, points of sail, tacking, jibing, reefing, landing at a mooring and navigation with chart and compass. Basic Keelboat certification from US Sailing is an option as well ($50 extra and exam required).
PLEASE NOTE: this course has a special time 9am-4pm.
Course price: $1200 includes a Blue Water Membership in the St. Thomas Yacht Club
